Terry has assisted trial lawyers both in trial preparation and in the courtroom for 25 years.

He is a partner in, and has been involved with the development of Strategic Risk Control.

Terry was a founder and Chair of the Board of The Temagami Wilderness Society from 1983 till 1991 during which time he was involved in trail development around Lake Temagami and within old growth forests in the Temagami area.

Terry was involved with the Temiskaming Dog Mushers Association and designed and developed an 18 kilometre dogsled trail in the District of Temiskaming.

More recently, Terry has been involved as a board member of Nastawgan Trails which has developed the Ottawa-Temiskaming Highland Trail.

Terry is also presently very involved in the development and construction of the STATO (South Temiskaming Activity Trails Organization) non-motorized trail from the north to the south end of the City of Temiskaming Shores. He is a founding and board member of this organization.

In his professional life, Terry has been responsible for retaining experts and developing risk control systems for a variety of clients.
