Due Diligence Manual

An organization is sued for product liability – or personal injury – or is charged with an environmental or health and safety offence.

While it may have good risk management practices in place, it still loses in the courts with resultant fines, penalties or increased insurance rates.

SRC has dealt with or researched hundreds of such examples and the reason for all of the unfortunate results is inability to prove that all the necessary elements of Due Diligence have been considered, implemented, followed and recorded.

The Courts and insurers are not impressed with efforts that cannot be proven and, with that in mind, SRC created and implemented The Fourteen Point Formula and The Due Diligence Manual.

The Fourteen Point Formula provides for the requirements of full defences and accountability and the Due Diligence Manual provides a complete, powerful and simple vehicle for systemizing and proving implementation and compliance.

Many of SRC’s clients have obtained more favourable insurance premiums as a result of improving their risk profiles through developing and implementing their own Due Diligence Manuals and the Fourteen Point Formula is rapidly becoming the accepted standard of risk management for insurers.
